For customers
Booking a transfer
Tell us your trip
On the homepage, enter your pick-up (e.g. Dalaman Airport), destination (e.g. Içmeler), date, time and number of passengers, then request a quote. Add a return journey in the same step if you need one.
Providers send their prices
Your request goes to all approved local transfer companies at once. They submit their best price privately — this is blind bidding, so they can't see each other's offers. You're notified by email as offers arrive.
Compare and accept
Review the offers on your quotes page — company, vehicle, rating and price — and accept the one you prefer. All prices are fixed: what you accept is what you pay. There's no obligation to accept any offer.
Provider confirms
The provider confirms your booking and you acknowledge it to finalise. You can track the status any time on your bookings page.
Your driver meets you
On the day, your driver will be at arrivals with a name board showing your name. Enter your flight number and, if your flight is delayed, the driver adjusts pick-up automatically — no extra charge.
Pay on the day, then review
Payment is made directly to the driver on the day — cash or card, no upfront payment through dalaman.me. Afterwards you'll receive an email to review your transfer.

Are the prices really fixed?
Yes. The price you accept from a provider is the final price. There are no hidden fees, no fuel surcharges and no meter running. What you see is what you pay.
What if my flight is delayed?
Enter your flight number with your request. Your driver tracks your flight and adjusts pick-up time automatically at no extra cost.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Contact the provider directly using the contact details in your confirmation email. Cancellation policies vary by provider.
Who are the transfer providers?
dalaman.me is an independent booking platform. All transfer companies listed are reviewed and approved by us before they can take bookings. We require valid insurance and TURSAB registration where applicable.
How do I pay?
Payment is made directly to your driver in cash or by card on the day of transfer. No upfront payment is required through dalaman.me.
